Why Your Role Matters

As COO, you’ll be the engine behind our operational excellence. You will build and scale processes that empower teams globally, drive operational strategy, and ensure we deliver flawless execution as we grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across our global offices and remote teams, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams in product delivery, compliance, risk management, and customer operations in a fintech/DeFi environment.
• Drive process optimization, implement robust systems for growth, and manage KPIs to support rapid scaling post-seed funding.
• Collaborate with the CEO and leadership on strategy, budgeting, fundraising preparation, and international expansion.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions while navigating the unique challenges of DeFi integration.
• Foster a high-performance culture, mentoring teams, and promoting innovation in a fast-paced startup setting.

Your Skills and Experience

• Strong leadership & cross-functional execution skills — proven success scaling teams in fast-moving environments.
• Deep understanding of fintech or DeFi — knowledge of digital banking, blockchain, decentralized finance, or related tech.
• Operational rigor + strategic mindset — able to translate vision into measurable results.
• Startup & scale-up experience — you thrive in ambiguity and build clarity.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management — you can inspire both technical and non-technical teams.
• Data-driven decision making — metrics and KPIs are your guiding lights.‍
• Spanish speaking is appreciated but not mandatory — we’re global and collaborative.
