Why Your Role Matters

As Head of Growth, you won’t just be optimizing funnels or running campaigns — you’ll be the reason customers discover, trust, and recommend our products. Your work will directly impact how fast we grow and how millions of people can benefit from the future of finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the global growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
  • Design and scale data-driven growth engines across paid, organic, product-led growth, partnerships, and community.
  • Define and track core growth KPIs (CAC, LTV, conversion, retention, cohort performance).
  • Build and manage a high-performing growth team and external partners.
  • Drive market expansion strategies across multiple geographies and user segments.
  • Support strategic partnerships, distribution deals, and ecosystem integrations (including DeFi and fintech platforms).

Your Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as Head of Growth, Growth Lead, or Senior Growth Manager in fintech, crypto, DeFi, or high-growth tech.
  • Strong understanding of digital banking, payments, crypto, or DeFi products.
  • Deep expertise in growth experimentation, funnels, analytics, and attribution.
  • Strong understanding of zero-cost/low-cost tools (Reddit, Product Hunt, Parasite SEO, etc.).
  • Product-oriented mindset — you collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.
  • Experience scaling growth in regulated environments (or ability to navigate them fast).
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with executive leadership.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity, move fast, and build structure where none exists.
  • Experience working with global or remote teams.
